Moving In Tandem with Customer Needs
Since its launch in 2007, the SEnergy portal has been empowering Seraya Energy's customers with access to their energy consumption information online.
SEnergy has proved useful for customers who want access to their latest 12 months' bills, electricity consumption reports, and graphs that are useful for management reporting and operational analysis.
As part of Seraya Energy’s ongoing effort to enhance the SEnergy experience and provide customers with more useful tools to help them in their analysis, the portal has been enhanced with upgraded features and new resources.
As an introduction, Seraya Energy has launched a series of bite-sized SEnergy orientation sessions to be held every quarter. During the orientation session, customers will learn how they can make use of the features in SEnergy for their management reporting and electricity purchase. The next coming session will be in October 2009 and registration will open in September.
