Ever-Evolving to Meet Changing Needs

John-Ng PowerSeraya has come a long way since its beginnings as a mere power station operator to become a leading integrated energy company in Singapore. Of course, the journey has been met with challenges and yet, excitement and unparalled experience were gained to build an integrated energy company offering a range of multi-utilities services and products for customers.

From the start, PowerSeraya has been at the forefront of the industry. We have been fortunate to have had the strategic foresight to capture market opportunities early with the establishment of our Co-Generation Combined Cycle Plant which was officially launched during our recent financial year in October 2010. It enhanced our multi-utility service offering and allowed us to meet the growing energy needs of steam-user companies on Jurong Island. That same financial period, we sealed the first ever cross-border electricity deal with Malaysia, which may pave the way for future collaborations. All this while, we continue to strengthen the performance of our retail and trading and fuel management subsidiaries through various strategies and initiatives.

It is certainly apt when I say that we owe our success to our customers, business associates and our employees for their relentless support over the years. PowerSeraya would not be able to be where it is today without each and every of your support.

As we move into 2012, we will continue to strive for long-term sustainable growth by continuously evolving to keep true to our focus of customer service and value-added energy solutions to meet changing needs.
