Offering More to Customers…
…With SE Power Guard
In keeping pace with customers’ changing needs, Seraya Energy has evolved to being more than just an electricity provider. Besides providing multi-utilities services, the retail arm has further enhanced the value of its product offering.
Starting last October, SE Power Guard was launched to a targeted group of customers. This new product aims to help customers actively manage and hedge energy prices on a quarterly basis. Catered for customers who are more averse to risk, Seraya Energy will offer customers an attractive fixed rate from November 2011 to June 2012 and subsequently actively manage energy prices for them.
Based on Seraya Energy’s knowledge and experience in the industry, the team will help customers to take positions and hedge favourable prices every quarter.

…With AXS payment option
To bring about more convenience to customers, Seraya Energy has tied up with AXS to provide customers ease of bill payment via AXS stations. As the first in the energy industry to tie up with AXS, Seraya Energy now offers multiple payment platforms for customers to pay their bills.
With over 750 stations located islandwide and available 24-hours a day, customers will be able to enjoy greater flexibility. In addition, the AXS system also allows customers to personalise their payment settings such as their favourite billing organisation for frequent payments, which can be retrieved at any AXS machines.
By April this year, customers can also make cash/Nets payment at Cheers outlets in Singapore under a partnership between AXS and Cheers.
